Bear River is a brand new home built right on the South Fork of the Rio Grande River. It has tile floors through out the home and aspen tongue and groove paneling on the walls. The garage will not be available to renters; the owners are storing their personal things in it.

Come and fish right out the back door off the great deck extending over the river. This cabin is located only 18 miles to the Wolf Creek Ski Area and only 2 miles to the new Rio Grande Club Course in South Fork.
