Bedroom 2- Queen - There is access to the upper level-deck that overlooks the  river off of this bedroom.

Bedroom 3- 2 full size beds and 1 single.  Upper level. Bedroom also has couch in it, but it is not a fold out sleeper.

Fully equiped kitchen.  No dishwasher.

The bridge you can see that crosses the river in this photo is one of the bridges for the lower greens of the Rio Grande Golf Course.
